If you're asking for advice because your order hasen't yet arrived, and you're not getting a response from the distributor, then E-Mail them again DEMANDING the UPS Tracking Number. If you get the tracking number, at least you'll be able to check the shipping status on the UPS site. That is if they send you a real tracking number. If they won't respond to that, then either they haven't yet shipped your order or maybe they don't intend to :-{ You should consider that maybe they are putting in an order for your order with some other distributor and awaiting for its arrival at his abode. Or perhaps they're Dropshipping your order. Certainly not unheard of. BTW, not to be nosey, but what method of payment did you use to pay with??? That could be very important!             Capt. John
