Newsflash

Politics of hate, submit and bad mother. In contrast to her former husband, father of the family sample. And what is the truth about the model's Jordan? Certainly more complicated than appearances. Katie Price is a person entering the extreme to extreme and full of contradictions. Model, which is appearing under the pseudonym Jordan has made millions for their beauty, says he wants love, not sex. This ruthless businesswoman who came to everything on his own, he confesses that he is hungry of love and warmth. It seems hard, but it is clearly only an illusion, what armor built to hide the fragile Katie, again and again wounded by life and people.

always tired I'm always tired why?
I've always found myself tired nearly all of the time. For a while I was blaming cigarettes but having quit 3 years ago leads me to believe something else is wrong. I believe that I sleep throughout the night and fall into a really deep deep sleep. My wife seems to wake me 2-4 times a month for snoring and I have even woken myself up a few times. It doesn't seem to matter how much sleep I get cause it is never enough. Generally I get 8 hours a night and 10 hrs on Sundays. I have 2 cups of coffee everyday but that really doesn't wake me up. I don't normally eat sweets but when I do I sometimes think that I get tired instead of a sugar rush. I have little knowledge of Sleep Apnea, Serotonin, and Melatonin but wonder if my exhaustion has something to do with any of it. I have seen Melatonin in the stores and I am wondering if I should try it. Are there any side effects? Will this only make me more tired? I really appreciate any comments/feedback from anyone with good knowledge of sleep disorders. Thank you Mark

Snoirng and daytime fatigue are two signs; however, there can be other causes and you need a medical workup. I suggest you track this down immediately, don't get distracted by melatonin. You can check yourelf for some of the symptoms of apnea by looking at the quiz on the Phantom Sleep Page.

I suggest that you check out a book en_title_d, Never Be Tired Again! by Dr. David C. Gardner and Grace Joely Beatty.   It's written very well by a couple medical therapists who have collected many ideas and tips on regaining the vital energy you seem to have lost.  It could change your like BTW, about taking Melatonin, I would advise that you first change your life_style_ and then decide if you really need the hormone... remember, it should be taken as a supplement to an active, healthy life_style_. Hope that helps! -toady at < This e-mail address is being protected from spam bots, you need JavaScript enabled to view it    /   @@  ({})

These sound like classic Sleep Apnea symptoms...please get to a sleep specialist and get tested for Apnea!!!!
