specialist to get an expert answer. Without ovaries, there is nothing in your body for the sperm to fertilize. Artificial insemination is just a means to get the sperm closer to the eggs, and since you have no eggs, it won't help you one bit. My guess is that without ovaries, in vitro fertilization (IVF) might be an outside possibility. However, unless you have frozen your ovaries, you would need to use donor eggs because yours are gone. Additionally, your uterus has been without normal hormonal influences, so it may no longer be viable for a pregnancy. Finally, since you have no ovaries, the normal hormonal levels that take place in a woman's body to sustain and nourish a pregnancy would no longer be present. That means medications would need to be given to artificially mimic/create these normally occurring hormonal fluctuations. It seems like it would be very expensive if it were possible. Hiring a surrogate and using her eggs, and having her carry t
